Cookie Policy

What we store on your device, why we store it, and how to change your mind at any time.

What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a website. It lets the site recognise your browser between page loads, which is how a shopping cart remembers what you put in it. We also use similar technologies such as local storage and single-pixel images, and we call all of them cookies on this page.

Strictly necessary cookies

These make the store work and cannot be switched off. They keep your cart and session alive, remember your login, secure forms against cross-site request forgery, store your cookie choices and balance traffic across our servers. They set no marketing data and expire when the task is done.

Performance cookies

These count visits and traffic sources so we can see which pages are popular and where the checkout is losing people. The reporting is aggregated. If you do not allow them we still run the store, but we improve it more slowly.

Functional cookies

These remember choices you make, such as currency, language, region, recently viewed products and your wishlist, so you do not have to set them again. Refusing them means some conveniences reset on every visit.

Targeting cookies

These are set by advertising partners to build a profile of your interests and show you relevant adverts on other sites, and to measure whether a campaign worked. They are never set without your consent.

How to control cookies

You can accept or reject optional categories through our consent banner and change your mind at any time. Every major browser also lets you view, block and delete cookies from its privacy settings, and offers a private browsing mode that clears them when you close the window. Blocking all cookies will break the cart and checkout.

Third-party cookies

Some cookies are set by services embedded in our pages rather than by us: payment providers on the checkout, analytics tools, embedded video, maps and social sharing buttons. We do not control those cookies, and we recommend reading the privacy notice of the provider concerned.
